We are almost finished with this class and I know I've learned alot in a very short time.  Maybe not learned but definetly exposed and introduced to. This really is a wonderful class, however, it really is too much info to take in and remember. My goal was to be able to understand some of the terminology and be able to at least be somewhat familiar with the computer and the web.  I have succeeded and exceeded my goals and I will try to remember the 71/2 steps of learning that I read this afternoon.
At least now when I see my grown kids doing neat things with their computer I'll be more aware of what and how they accomplished what they did. I know practice makes perfect and with the right attitude I will be a lifelong learner.
Today is not as frustrating, but I think it's because our group is on the same level, SLOW!  I"m really proud of Kathy and Suzanne for setting up a wiki. It will be a good test for them and maybe Sandy is right about setting one up for the FL dept., we'll see.
We are learning about wiki's today, still not really sure about using it, but it seems like a really neat idea and so much faster than the emailing.  I continue to be amazed at technology and how many things can be done with a computer.  Students today are so advanced because they grew up with this, I'm happpy for them but it does blow my mind. At least I'm trying to learn. Annette is a great teacher and I'm glad she is patient with me.
Good Morning!  Last day of class, mixed feelings about that.  Hope everyone has a good day.

Day two, what a crazy afternoon. I've learned a few things about flickr and was able to put my picture on my blog, with help of course. Anyway, I get frustrated but I still am glad I'm being exposed to new things. I can't promise I will use all of this, but I feel like it is helping me to attain my goal of learning more about the web.

Look it's me

I had a little trouble with the last link so I will try this again. The joy of learning!
Hope you find something to go see.
